Terms of Service

1. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

To maintain our high-end service standards and manage our professional schedule, Neenee’s Cleanies requires a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of a confirmed appointment.

Cancellation Fee: Requests made with less than 48 hours' notice are subject to a Cancellation Fee of $50.00.

The "Clean Start" Courtesy: For a limited time (through July 31, 2026), the first instance of a late cancellation or rescheduling per household will have the fee waived as a one-time professional courtesy.

Lock-out Policy: If the Service Provider is unable to access the home at the scheduled time (e.g., due to an incorrect entry code, presence of uncontained pets, or client refusal of entry), the Cancellation Fee will apply.

2. Payment Authorization & "Hold" Protocol

Neenee’s Cleanies utilizes the Launch27 (Fullsteam) payment processing platform for secure transactions.

Pre-Authorization Hold: By confirming a booking, the Client authorizes Neenee’s Cleanies to place a temporary pre-authorization hold on the credit card provided for the full estimated amount of the service.

Timing: This hold is initiated twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled service.

Final Charge: No funds are withdrawn from your account until the service is marked as complete. The hold will be converted to a final charge upon completion of the cleaning.

3. Satisfaction Guarantee & Re-Clean Policy

We strive for "Art Deco Glam" perfection.

Service Agreement Scope: Upon booking, the Client will receive a Service Agreement or Scope of Work outlining the specific tasks to be performed. The Satisfaction Guarantee applies exclusively to the tasks listed in this agreement.

Notification: If you are not satisfied with the quality of the service provided, you must notify Neenee’s Cleanies via email or phone within twenty-four (24) hours of the service completion.

Remedy: We will schedule a "Fix-It" visit at no additional charge to address specific areas that were included in the original Service Agreement but did not meet the agreed-upon standard.

Refunds: Because our service is labor-based, we do not offer monetary refunds. Our commitment is to return and resolve the issue to your satisfaction based on the agreed-upon scope.

4. Safety & Exclusions

To ensure the best possible care for your home and the safety of our provider, the following items are strictly excluded from our scope of work:

• Heavy Lifting: Moving heavy furniture items (anything over 25 lbs).
• Biohazards: Mold, animal waste, or bodily fluids.
• Wall Stains: Heavy stains on walls or painted surfaces.
• Specialty: Upholstery or managing excessive pet hair.
• Unfinished: Cleaning unfinished basement spaces.
• High-Reach: Surfaces > 10ft requiring heavy ladder work.
• Exteriors: Any exterior cleaning or outdoor maintenance.
• Health & Pests: Hoarding, excessive clutter, or pest issues.

5. Right of Refusal & Scope Adjustment

We reserve the right to refuse service or provide a revised price estimate upon arrival if the property condition differs significantly from the description provided during booking. If service is refused due to undisclosed hazards (as listed in Section 4), the 48-hour Cancellation Fee will apply.

6. New Jersey Sales Tax

In accordance with New Jersey state law, residential cleaning services are subject to a 6.625% Sales and Use Tax. This tax will be added to the final invoice total at the time of processing.

7. Liability & Insurance

Neenee’s Cleanies is a fully insured and bonded LLC registered in the State of New Jersey.

High-Value Items: Liability for breakage or damage is limited to the actual cash value of the item. Clients must notify Neenee’s Cleanies of any high-value, irreplaceable, or sentimental items (e.g., antiques, fine art) prior to the commencement of work.
